2. Terms & Conditions

By accessing or purchasing from Meme Wears, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility – You must be 18+ or using our platform under parental supervision.
  2. Product Representation – We strive for 100% accurate images and descriptions, but variations in colour or fit may occur due to screen/lighting differences or other reasons, for which Meme Wears shall not be responsible.
  3. Orders – An order is confirmed only after successful payment. Meme Wears reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen issues (fraud detection, inventory unavailability, technical errors, or any other issues).
  4. Pricing & Payments – All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be made at the time of order.
  5. Returns & Refunds –
    • Returns are only accepted in case of a product defect/damage at delivery.
    • Customer must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
    • No returns for wrong size choice, change of mind, or dislike of product.
  6. Intellectual Property – All logos, designs, content, and graphics are owned by Meme Wears and cannot be copied without permission.
  7. Liability – Meme Wears is not liable for:
    • Delays caused by courier partners.
    • Minor colour/fit differences.
    • Any misuse of the product post-delivery.
  8. Customer Responsibilities – Customers must provide accurate information (name, address, phone number, etc.) and ensure availability to accept delivery. Meme Wears shall not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details.
  9. Disclaimer of Warranties – Except for manufacturing defects, products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
  10. Force Majeure – Meme Wears shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or technical failures.
  11. Jurisdiction – All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District & Sessions Court, Baramati, Pune, India.
  12. All issues related to payments, orders, or refunds will be addressed exclusively through our Google Forms.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Order Cancellation –
    • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after 2 hours.
    • If cancelled within 2 hours, a refund (after deducting payment gateway charges) will be initiated.
    • Contact our customer support (details on our website) if your order satisfies the terms of cancellation.
  2. Refunds & Returns –
    • Refunds are only applicable if:
      • The product received is defective/damaged.
      • A wrong product was delivered.
    • To claim, you must send proof (images/videos) within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • Refunds and returns are processed only after submitting a request through the designated Google Form.
    • All issues related to payments, orders, or refunds will be addressed exclusively through our Google Forms.
    • If verified, we will issue:
      • A replacement (preferred), OR
      • A refund back to the original payment method.
    • Refund processing time: 7–10 working days.
    • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and sent back with all original tags/packaging intact. Refunds are subject to inspection by Meme Wears.
  3. No Refunds For –
    • Wrong size ordered.
    • Customer’s change of mind.
    • Delays caused by courier companies.
    • Products returned in used, washed, or damaged condition.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery Locations – We currently ship across India.
  2. Dispatch Time – Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.
  3. Delivery Time – Orders typically reach within 5–9 business days depending on location.
  4. Shipping Charges –
    • Free shipping on all orders, regardless of size or quantity, across all serviceable pin codes.
  5. Delays – Meme Wears is not responsible for shipping delays due to courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
  6. Failed Delivery – If delivery is attempted and not received (due to wrong address, unavailability, etc.), the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.
  7. Risk Transfer – Once an order is dispatched, responsibility of delivery lies with the courier partner. Meme Wears will assist in tracking or resolving courier issues but shall not be held liable for delays or loss caused by the courier.
